Our client operates a busy environment, requiring an experienced administrator to support the team on a day-to-day basis.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
- Weekly pay
As an Administrator, your duties will include:
- Providing general administrative support across the business on a day-to-day basis
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and financial documents accurately
- Managing administration of documentation on SharePoint
- Handling emails, queries and correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and supporting the wider office team as required
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft packages
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload independently
