Connect Appointments have a new opportunity available for an Sales Administrator to join our client in East Kilbride on a full-time basis until the end of February 2025!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch)
Pay rate: £12 per hour
As an Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Xero accounting software
- Acting as a point of contact for customers on a daily basis
- Placing orders, raising purchase orders and conducting weekly stock adjustment
- General administrative duties as required
The ideal Sales Administrator will be:
- Experienced in using Xero accounting software (essential)
- Excellent customer-facing manner (particularly over telephone)
- Strong organisational skills to deal with order and stock management duties
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
