Connect Appointments is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join an established fresh produce business based in Livingston.

Our client operates a busy production and distribution facility, offering a varied, fast-paced administration role working alongside the sales, operations and QA teams – with full SAP training provided and an external transport training course included.

What’s on offer?

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Working Sunday to Thursday on a two-week revolving shift pattern:
    • Week One: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 6am to 3pm
    • Week Two: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm
  • £12.75 per hour – paid weekly
  • Full training provided – SAP, scanning, transport and external transport course included

As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Processing sales and production orders, pick notes, delivery notes and transport documentation through SAP
  • Managing stock control and ordering of packaging, pallets and crates
  • Liaising with dispatch and arranging driver cover and store delivery transport
  • Greeting visitors at the reception window, issuing passes and collecting documentation
  • Supporting the health and safety team and providing general administrative assistance

To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills
  • Computer literacy – SAP and Excel experience is advantageous, but full training is provided
  • The ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
  • A reliable, trustworthy approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required
  • Flexibility to occasionally cover additional hours to meet business demands
