Connect Appointments is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join an established logistics business based in Bury.
This is a physically demanding role involving continuous heavy lifting in two-man teams throughout the shift, so you’ll need to be genuinely comfortable with sustained manual handling.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 23:00 to 07:30
- Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Heavy lifting throughout the shift, working as part of a two-man lifting team
- Moving and handling large, heavy items safely with a colleague
- Loading and unloading goods across the shift
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Good physical fitness as heavy lifting is continuous throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a two-man lifting team
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous
- A reliable approach to work with good timekeeping
