Connect Appointments are seeking a driven individual to join our client’s warehouse team in Lanark, as a Picker Packer.
What’s on offer?
- Full-time temporary night shift position
- Working week of Sunday to Thursday, 20:25 to 04:30
- Paid weekly at £14.20 per hour
Working as a Picker Packer, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Working on the production line and conducting quality checks
- Picking and packing customer orders, plus building and wrapping pallets
- Reporting any issues to your supervisor
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Any other general production/warehouse duties as required
To be successful in this Picker Packer position, you will ideally have previous experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment – combined with:
- Good time keeping
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work on your own and in a team
- The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- A good level of physical fitness – due to the manual handling aspect of the role
