Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 CO Drivers for ongoing temporary work with our Manchester based client.
Our client is a well-established logistics business offering a variety of driving work to suit different preferences and schedules.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, averaging 8 to 12 hours per shift
- Paid weekly at £19.05 to £22.41 per hour (holidays pay included)
As an HGV Class 1 CO Driver, your work will include:
- Completing trunking runs depot to depot across the region
- Carrying out multidrop local deliveries and collections
- Completing all paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
- Adhering to driving hours regulations and road safety requirements
The successful HGV Class 1 CO Driver will have:
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of one year’s HGV driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No DR, DD, DG, IN or TT endorsements
