Connect Appointments is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join an established logistics and shipping business based in Aberdeen.
Our client operates a busy transport and logistics operation across Scotland, the UK and mainland Europe, offering a fast-paced operational environment with a genuine focus on staff development and wellbeing.

As an Operations Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Contributing to the planning of full loads and groupage loads including inter-depot movements
- Ensuring all transport and dispatch paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Processing orders and supporting end-to-end shipment activity
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Communicating with colleagues across the operations function and liaising with other depots to support load planning
To be considered as an Operations Coordinator, you will need:
- A reliable, organised approach to work with a strong customer focus
- Clear, confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with computer systems
- The ability to work accurately under pressure as part of a busy team
- Previous experience in transport or logistics is advantageous but not essential
