Connect Appointments have a new permanent opportunity for an Automotive Service Administrator to join our Falkirk-based client.

Working as an Automotive Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Conducting stock control duties and parts ordering
  • Data entry and admin duties
  • Completing any relevant paperwork and maintaining records

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, combined with the following skills, traits and experience:

  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Full UK driving licence (beneficial, but not essential)
