Connect Appointments have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Stirling based client.
What’s on offer? A full-time permanent position, with a starting salary of £22,000 per annum.
Working within the Springkerse area you’ll be a valuable member of the team, responsible for providing admin support, aiding in the smooth daily running of the company.
Working as an Office Assistant your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Managing data entry, internal databases, and document storage
- Handling sales and purchase invoicing, including disputes
- Managing employee onboarding, timesheets, payroll, and holiday requests
- Communicating with suppliers, requesting rebates, and processing payments
- Purchasing materials, tools, stationery, PPE, and work uniforms
- Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and sending emails to clients
- Preparing documents, creating written communication, and using office technology
To be successful in this Administrator position, you’ll ideally have previous admin or similar experience. Combined with
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
