Connect Appointments are recruiting a Part-Time Administrator to join our Falkirk-based engineering/manufacturing client on a temporary ongoing basis! As well as general administrative duties such as scanning and photocopying, the successful candidate will assist with issuing and logging purchase orders to suppliers.
Schedule: 22 hours per week (can be flexible with start and finish times)
Pay rate: £14 per hour
To be successful in this Part-Time Administrator position you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- The ability to carry out general administration duties
- Previous experience working with Microsoft packages
- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel (beneficial, but not essential)
