Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) to join one of Scotland’s most established logistics businesses at their site in the Leven site area of Fife.
Our client is a major logistics operator providing third-party warehousing and supply chain management to customers across the country, with a strong reputation for operational excellence and staff development.

- Full-time permanent night shift position
- Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am
- £36,450 per annum

As a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), your duties will include:
- Managing and supporting a team of six FLT operatives across the night shift
- Overseeing stock movement, management and dispatch in line with customer standards
- Ensuring the warehouse operation runs to agreed resource levels to meet daily targets
- Maintaining health and safety compliance across all warehouse operations
- Working closely with transport and stock teams to drive operational improvements
To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), you will need:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior warehouse role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A forklift licence is beneficial but not required
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and health and safety
- IT literacy and the right to work in the UK
