Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant to join an established business based in East Kilbride.
What’s on offer?
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (with an early Friday finish)
- £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
As a Warehouse Assistant, your duties will include:
- Unloading containers and checking deliveries, locating stock in designated warehouse locations
- Picking goods accurately for outgoing orders and assisting with loading vehicles safely
- Operating a forklift truck to move and manage stock efficiently
- Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
To be considered as a Warehouse Assistant, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience with strong attention to detail
- A valid forklift licence – essential
- A full UK driving licence and access to own transport due to the location of the site
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach to work
