Connect Appointments are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join our Fraserburgh based clients professional workshop team.

Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Spray Painter?
- Inspect and prepare vehicles prior to the painting process, ensuring surfaces are suitable for refinishing
- Apply paint finishes to vehicles using modern spraying equipment and current industry techniques
- Complete work to a consistently high standard to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times
- Contribute to workshop productivity by completing tasks within agreed timeframes and supporting production schedules
- Communicate any issues that could impact work progress, efficiency, or completion deadlines
- Recognise and report any potential or existing health and safety risks within the working environment
- Maintain spray equipment, tools, and workspaces in a clean, organised, and operational condition
What we’re looking for?
- Proven experience working as a commercial or vehicle spray painter within a workshop or similar environment
- Strong understanding of spray painting processes, including paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques
- Ability to produce work to a high standard with strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to manage workload independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Interest in the automotive sector, with experience following manufacturer methods or working in a fast-paced production environment
