Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Tele Sales Representatives to join one of the largest importers and distributors of packaging products in the UK.
Please Note – Sales experience isn’t required, but would be preferred – all applicants with telephone experience in sales, customer service or another role, will be considered.
What’s on offer? Permanent opportunity, with a working week of 37.5 hours per week; paid at a competitive rate of £24,000 per annum.
Working as a Tele Sales Representative your duties and responsibilities will include promoting, selling and obtaining orders from prospective customers over the phone. Combined with:
- Making outbound calls to generate sales
- Building B2B relationships with customers
- Discussing products and services, assisting customers in selecting those that are best suited for them
- Documenting customer information and utilising information already collated
What’s required? Sales experience is preferred, but not essential, applicants with telephone experience will be considered. Combined with:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- The patience and ability engage customers in conversation
- Good sales ability
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
