As a PCB Soldering Operative, your duties will include:
- Hand soldering SMT components to a consistently high standard
- Assembling and repairing electronic PCBs
- Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks as required
- Fault finding and repairing electronic assemblies
- Following technical diagrams and drawings accurately throughout production
The ideal PCB Soldering Operative will have:
- Proven experience in PCB hand soldering and SMT component work
- Knowledge of aerospace, military or medical industry standards
- Experience in fault finding and electronic repair
- The ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings
- A precise, detail-focused approach to work
