Connect Appointments is looking for an Office Manager for one our established clients based in Bellshill!

Working as an Office Manager:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
  • Permanent position

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing internal processes
  • Stock management
  • Managing employee on-boarding, payroll and holiday requests
  • Creating strong relationships with other departments
  • Examining, identifying and correcting data errors

Essential skills required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of managing in an office environment
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Excel
