Connect Appointments has a new opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Fitter (preferably with electrical bias) to undertake work with our Motherwell-based client.
Salary: £48,000 to £51,300 per annum (includes shift allowance)
Schedule: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off

Working as a Multi Skilled Fitter your duties will include, but not be limited to, providing essential support in the form of fault-finding and reactive maintenance on equipment such as vacuum pumps, transfer systems, CNC machinery and more. You will also be responsible for:
- Using and maintaining specialised machines and tools
- Responding to day-to-day maintenance requests
- Providing assistance in projects
- Finding and fixing faults within the facility
- Carrying out planned maintenance checks
To be successful within this Multi Skilled Fitter position you will ideally have a qualification in a Mechanical/Electrical related field, such as an Apprenticeship.

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly and accurately conduct fault-finding activities
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Able to understand both written and verbal instructions
