Connect Appointments is recruiting a Loading Bay Operative for our Ayr-based client, a busy food production business immediate starts available!
What’s on offer?
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 5am to 1:30pm
- Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour
- Immediate start available
Your duties as a Loading Bay Operative will include:
- Loading and unloading deliveries in a timely and organised manner
- Sorting, packing and preparing food products ready for dispatch
- Basic knife work for product preparation (some experience preferred but not essential)
- Working to production targets and deadlines throughout the shift
- Supporting wider warehouse staff as required
- Following all site health, safety and hygiene procedures
The ideal Loading Bay Operative will have:
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to work at pace and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Access to own transport due to the 5am start (beneficial but not essential)
