Connect Driver Solutions have an opportunity for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Edinburgh based client – a leading distributor of household furniture.

- Working week of Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Weekly pay of £15.25 per hour – paid weekly

Working as a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for manual lifting and handballing, including:
- Safely unloading the vehicle at client addresses
- Conducting daily vehicle checks
- Assisting to plan delivery routes and schedules
- Driving a class 2 vehicle
- Logging delivery information correctly
- Staying aware of any route diversions or updates to your delivery journey
The successful HGV Class 2 Driver will have:
- A valid class 2 driving licence
- A minimum of 6 months’ driving experience
- Able to drive safely during busy traffic periods, in adverse weather conditions or at night
- A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
