Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a reliable individual with handyman experience to join our Livingston-based client.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour

As a Handyman you will have a wide range of responsibilities to help the smooth running of the facility, with your key duties including:

  • Performing routine cleaning and sanitising
  • Completing small repairs such as fixing locks, leaky taps and broken windows
  • Checking and maintaining safety equipment
  • Performing grounds maintenance
  • Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by clients or colleagues
  • Maintaining tools and equipment
  • Following maintenance schedules to ensure that all routine tasks are completed
  • Any other duties that may be required

To be successful as a Handyman, you will ideally have previous experience in a maintenance environment. Combined with: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Good problem-solving skills; Good physical strength.
