Connect Appointments is recruiting Driver’s Mates for ongoing temporary work with an established delivery business based in Bolton.
Our client operates a busy white goods delivery and installation operation, offering a structured 5-on 3-off rota with consistent 7am starts and competitive weekly pay.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- 5 days on, 3 days off – 7am starts to finish
- £12.81 per hour – paid weekly
As a Driver’s Mate, your duties will include:
- Delivering and collecting white goods to customer homes as part of a two-man team
- Installing white goods where required
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Providing a professional and courteous service directly to customers throughout every delivery
To be considered as a Driver’s Mate, you will need:
- A valid DBS/Disclosure certificate – essential
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a warehouse or driver’s mate role
- The ability to lift 25kg as a core requirement of the role
- Good physical fitness and a professional, customer-facing manner
