Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our well-established East Kilbride-based clients on an ongoing basis!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with an early finish on Friday
Salary: £12.21 per hour
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to assist with incoming calls, and emails regarding customer orders and general enquiries. Your duties will be customer-centred ensuring a positive experience for all, therefore a positive can-do attitude is essential. Combined with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great listening skills and the ability to build relationships
- Good IT and data entry skills
