Connect Appointments are seeking a reliable individual to join our client’s catering team in Balerno.
As a Catering Manager, your duties will include overseeing stock management within a busy restaurant; assisting the team in the day-to-day running of the department; and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
Pay rate: £26,778 to £29,957 per annum (DOE)
The successful Catering Manager will ideally have previous experience within a similar environment, as well as:
- A food hygiene certificate
- Previous experience of food preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP
