Working as a Business Development Manager your role will be to attract and engage with a variety of new and potential clients. As such your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities and target markets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Do you have proven success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and negotiation? Are you excellent at negotiation skills and interpersonal charm? Do you have a passion for sales and business development? Then we want to hear from you! The following skills and traits also won’t hurt:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven field-based B2B Sales Representative experience
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to foster productive business relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities
