Connect Appointments are recruiting an Administrator to join our Washington based client on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a North Eastern based family business established in 1979 – retaining a service driven approach to logistics, whilst actively investing in dynamic IT systems for a user friendly, tracked and visible delivery service.

What’s on offer:

  • Permanent position – 45 hours
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00
  • £13 per hour
  • Full training on the in-house system

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support. Your Key Admin Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing general admin experience
  • Answering calls from clients and customers
  • Drafting emails
  • Booking and arranging appointments
  • Working with Microsoft Office and other individual software

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Be proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to problem solve issues
  • Great organisational and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
