Connect Appointments is recruiting a Front-Line Manager to join an established business based in Bathgate. Our client operates a busy, modern bakery facility with a strong focus on developing its people.
What’s on offer?
- Full-time permanent position
- £32,500 per annum
- 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
- 7am to 7pm, OR 10am to 10pm
As a Front-Line Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day output of a team of operators
- Overseeing attendance, performance management and driving standards
- Recommending and implementing process improvements
- Working with a variety of teams within the organisation
To be considered as a Front-Line Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety
- Experience utilising manufacturing systems such as SAP
- A hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
