- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- 4-on 4-off shift pattern – giving you four full days off every week
- Working either 7am to 7pm OR 10am to 10pm
- Paid weekly at £13.22 per hour
As a Machine Operative, your duties will include:
- Setting up and operating production machinery to maintain a smooth and efficient line
- Carrying out product changeovers and machine adjustments as required
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults promptly
- Packing and labelling products accurately to meet quality standards
- Following strict hygiene and health and safety protocols throughout the shift
To be considered as a Machine Operative, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential for this role
- A solid understanding of machine set-ups and changeovers
- A reliable, hardworking approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work at pace in a busy production environment
