Our client distributes specialist food equipment to commercial customers across the UK, requiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of three busy warehouses and lead a team of seven, reporting directly to the company directors.

As a Warehouse Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of three warehouses and leading a team of seven operators
- Ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, packed and delivered on time
- Overseeing container deliveries, stock location and warehouse re-profiling to suit business needs
- Managing stock and inventory reconciliation, supplier costs and staff training and development
- Taking ownership of fleet and equipment compliance, ensuring all vans and forklifts are legal, maintained and inspected
To be considered as a Warehouse Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience managing a busy warehouse operation and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory systems and health and safety compliance
- Experience managing fleet and equipment maintenance and compliance
- Good Excel skills for producing checklists and location sheets
- A hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
