Connect Appointments is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing energy solutions business based in Glasgow.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be one of dozens of project managers in a large corporate structure. Our client is a focused, ambitious business in the energy and building services sector – offering genuine ownership of projects, direct contact with stakeholders and real influence over how the business grows.

- £45,000 to £60,000 per annum – dependent on experience

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full project lifecycle from planning and coordination through to delivery and handover
- Managing project timelines, budgets, milestones and reporting throughout
- Procuring materials and subcontractors to meet project and budget targets
- Overseeing contractor and vendor performance and facilitating inspections and compliance checks
- Coordinating logistics and driving team collaboration to meet quality, time and budget requirements
- Supporting the sales team with site surveys where required
To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
- An HNC in Building Services or equivalent is essential
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience within M&E, energy or building services
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and BMS controls and strategies
- Proven experience in procurement, subcontractor management and budget control
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to deliver under pressure
