Connect Appointments is recruiting Waste Operative/Counterbalance FLT Driver to join an established waste management business based in Oldham.

- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- £13.00 per hour – paid weekly
As a Waste Operative/Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely within a busy waste processing environment
- Operating plant machinery as required
- Supporting the processing and handling of card and paper waste materials
- Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift
To be considered as a Waste Operative/Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will need:
- A valid Counterbalance forklift licence
- Previous experience in a waste, recycling or similar industrial environment is advantageous
- A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
