As a Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations
- Managing job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and quality
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
- Coordinating service schedules, parts ordering and compliance with health and safety standards
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate service documentation
To be considered as a Workshop Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a workshop service manager or controller role within the plant or agricultural industry – car and HGV workshop experience will not be considered
- Strong technical knowledge of plant or agricultural mechanical systems
- Proven leadership ability with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full, clean UK driving licence
