Connect Appointments is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join a busy hospital catering team based in Larbert on a temporary ongoing basis.
Our client operates a busy hospital catering facility, requiring a reliable and flexible individual to support the smooth running of the catering operation across various shifts.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- 20 hours per week across various shifts – 12pm to 4pm or 4pm to 8pm
- £12.71 per hour, with enhanced rates at weekends – paid weekly
- Full departmental training and induction provided
As a Catering Assistant, your duties will include:
- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy dining environment
- Operating the dishwasher and general catering equipment
- Supporting general housekeeping duties across the catering facility
To be considered as a Catering Assistant, you will need:
- Flexibility to work across various shifts and days
- An in-date PVG certificate is essential
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is advantageous, though full training will be provided
