That’s what we recruit for: people who can step onto a production floor and get started on day one, not week three.
Most of the people we place start on a temporary contract. A lot don’t stay temporary. Several of the manufacturers we work with have gone on to keep the majority of their agency staff once they’ve proved themselves on the job.
