Whether you’re looking for regular tramping work or something more flexible, we have a role to suit you. Your duties as a Class 1 Tramper Driver will include, but not limited to:
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for general haulage and trunking
- Completing regular vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
- Complying with driver hours, Working Time Directive, and rest period regulations
- Communicating effectively with the transport team
To be successful in this Class 1 Tramper Driver role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
- A valid CAT C+E (Class 1 / LGV1 / HGV1) licence
- Minimum 6 months’ experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- A valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card) and digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points – we cannot accept DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes
- Additional licences (e.g. HIAB, ADR) are desirable but not essential

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm – although flexibility is needed for back and night shift if the company needs.
As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a press brake and sheet metal rolling machine
- Preparing, setting up, and adjusting press brake as required by product plans and production schedules
- Measuring and aligning materials to be used
- Inspecting products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Performing routine maintenance on the press brake
- Maintaining a clean working area
- Performing any other related duties as assigned
The ideal Press Brake Operator will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to follow instructions
- The ability to read, interpret, and follow production drawings and product plans
- Basic maths and computer skills
