We’re seeking a Class 2 Driver to undertake the delivery of palletised food to schools in Birmingham (but not exclusively) – when school are off, you’re off!

What’s on offer?

• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Monday to Friday, with a 5am start – 8-hour shifts
• Weekly pay of £15.50 per hour

The successful Class 2 Drivers will have:

• A valid Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DR, DD, CD, IN, or TT codes accepted

Please Note – Successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role.

Working as a HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll be responsible for completing a variety of trunks and local deliveries across the area; ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.

What You Need:

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator to join and strengthen our clients existing team in Stoke-on-Trent, on a temporary on-going opportunity.

What to expect?

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (some Saturdays required)
• £12.21 per hour – paid weekly
• Full training on in-house systems

Working as an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator, your duties will include:

• Driver briefing and debriefing is required
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Carrying out vehicle checks
• Drafting emails and making phone calls
• Booking appointments and diary management

To be successful in this role, you will have previous admin experience within an office environment. Combined with excellent communication and customer service skills; great organisational skills; excellent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft office – including the ability to undertake minor problem solving (e.g. if a connection to a printer fails).
