The role is for short term contract for approximately 2-3 months
Due to Location and shift pattern, you must have access to own transport.
As Mechanical Fitter, your day-to-day role will be carrying out equipment repairs and servicing on a range of equipment and machinery in accordance with the approved maintenance schedules. You will be expected to:
- Change pumps and gearboxes
- Repair conveyors and elevators
- Clear chokes and trouble shooting
- Some welding may be needed – but full training can be provided
The ideal Mechanical Fitter will have:
- Mechanical qualification (such as NVQ) or proven experience
