Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for Loaders/Recycling Operatives with our new Norwich based client.

What’s on offer?

• Temporary full-time position (37 hours)
• Monday to Friday, with 7am starts
• £11.44 per hour – paid weekly

Working as a Loader/Recycling Operative, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Working as a team to collect waste from designated collection points and returning containers
• Operation of machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of waste vehicles
• Ensuring health and safety polices and procedures are followed
• Report any discrepancies or obstacles to your supervisor
• Ensuring waste and recycling material is loaded correctly and safely; with any spillages cleared immediately
• General labour and warehouse duties as required
• Other duties deemed reasonable

To be successful within this role you will be a reliable individual, with the ability to lift bulky items such as bins and containers. Combined with the ability to work on your own with, and as part of a team, following both written and verbal English instructions and maps.
