Pay Rate: £16 to £21 per hour (weekly pay)

Working as a HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll be responsible for completing a variety of trunks and local deliveries across the area; ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.

What You Need:

• A valid Class 1 licence
• A valid CPC and tacho card
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, CD, IN, or TT codes accepted

Connect Driver Solutions are looking for Class 1 Drivers to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis!

• Location: Killingholme (DN40)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday – start times from 1pm (lasting 8 to 12 hours)
• Contract: Temporary role to start then after 12 weeks you go permanent
• Pay Rates: £19 per hour – with a meal allowance of £5 per day

Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:

• Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Trunking work – may be occasions you need to do a collection or delivery on way back
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
• Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods

What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:

• Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience with Class 1 vehicles
• Valid CPC & Digi cards
• No more than 3 points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
