Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator in Larkhall!

Pay rate: £13.46 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 5am

As a Transport Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with logistics teams and drivers by phone
  • Maintain the filing and information systems (both manual and electrical)
  • Actively managing a shared email inbox to ensure that all comms are actioned or marked for follow up by a colleague on an alternate shift
  • General administration and office duties

The ideal Transport Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in an administration role (beneficial, but not essential)
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • An organised nature with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work well in a team or as an individual
