Connect Driver Solutions – one of Scotland’s most trusted driving and transport recruitment agencies – is currently recruiting experienced LGV 2 Driver for an established client based in Hillington, Glasgow.
What’s on offer?
- Location: Glasgow
- Pay: £14.40 to £16 per hour – paid weekly via PAYE
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
- Start Date: Immediate start available
Whether you’re looking for regular driving work or something more flexible, we have a role to suit you. Your duties as a LGV 2 Driver will include, but not limited to:
- Operate LGV 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Maintain compliance with Working Time Directive, driver hours, and rest period regulations
To be successful in this LGV 2 Driver role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
- A valid LGV 2 licence
- Minimum 6 months’ experience driving LGV 2 vehicles
- A valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card) and digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points – we cannot accept DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes
