Connect Appointments have a unique opportunity for an CNC Machinist to join our growing client in Cumbernauld on a full-time permanent basis!
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working as an CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for key manufacturing duties, as well as:
- Assembling parts and producing according to drawings and specifications
- Carrying out quality checks
- Ensuring equipment and the manufacturing environment are kept to a suitable standard
- Following all relevant safety procedures and policies to the highest standard
The successful CNC Machinist will have relevant skills, including turning, milling and grinding, as well as:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a workshop machining role
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- ONC qualification in Mechanical Engineering (desirable, but not essential)
