You can use any PDF viewer to open a PDF form to print or read on screen. The candidate registration form is an interactive form (one that you can complete onscreen), you must use Adobe Reader. Downloading Adobe Reader is free and only takes a couple of minutes. This cannot be done on a phone or tablet.
