Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator in Glasgow!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £21,888 per annum
This role encompasses a multitude of tasks, including:
- Management of day-to-day administration
- Cash handling and maintenance of the depot's cash record system
- Up-selling to customers
- Ensuring that invoices and other relevant paperwork are dealt with correctly
- Taking calls from suppliers
- Assisting with picking, checking and loading
The successful Operations Administrator will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to use computer software
- The ability to multi-task
