Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator in Glasgow!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay rate: £21,888 per annum

This role encompasses a multitude of tasks, including:

  • Management of day-to-day administration
  • Cash handling and maintenance of the depot's cash record system
  • Up-selling to customers
  • Ensuring that invoices and other relevant paperwork are dealt with correctly
  • Taking calls from suppliers
  • Assisting with picking, checking and loading

The successful Operations Administrator will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to use computer software
  • The ability to multi-task
