Connect Appointments are now recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Sales Advisor for our client in the Perthshire area. A Home-Based Inbound Customer Service Role with full training and equipment provided, after a successful 6 weeks training programme within Perth, Scotland.
Our client, a nationwide leader in the energy industry is now recruiting for Customer Service Sales Advisors to join the team.
Our client offers a very friendly working environment, making this an ideal role for anybody who has a great work ethic and an outgoing friendly personality. The right candidate must be polite, professional and able to work alone, unsupervised using your own initiative.
Hours of work/Pay rate
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 6:30pm, working hours to be between these hours and will be discussed upon final interview.
- £9.89 per hour
Duties of the customer service sales advisor include but are not limited to;
- Call handling
- Inbound sales calls
- Excellent customer service
- Data entry
- Using a variety of systems
- Manage numerous reports
Requirements and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Be available Monday - Friday
- Good attention to detail
- Have a positive customer focus
