Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client based in Stirling on a full-time basis. This position is very much ongoing and may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right person.

To be considered, you must be available to start week commencing 3rd May.

We are looking for a first-class communicator with a strong Customer focus and the ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional and confident manner.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator include;

  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries within company agreed timescales
  • Assessing Customers' needs in an efficient and empathetic manner
  • Providing advice and solving problems over the telephone as necessary
  • Processing Customer orders
  • Liaising with other departments via email and telephone
  • Providing support to other areas of the business as and when required
  • All general administration and ensuring company systems are kept up to date

Candidate Specification;

  • Previous experience in a Customer focussed environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A positive and professional telephone manner
  • Well organised with the ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Due to the location, your own transport would be beneficial
