Connect Appointments in Edinburgh are proudly working with our highly respected, award winning Hotel client and Restaurant client, to find a passionate, reliable, and talented Chef de Partie for our clients, busy, vibrant, brasserie operation.
The Chef de Partie role will require the right candidates to be able to work in a fast growing, classically influenced, dedicated team, and work with the Exec and Head Chef in delivery of memorable, quality driven, popular influenced fresh food concepts, to its international customer base.
The candidate must have at least two years at Chef de Partie level in a similar 4/5 star level Hotel, or quality fresh food led high street Restaurant concept. You must be hungry to progress in a quality focused Kitchen, and organisation. You will have opportunities to grow your career, and progress quickly within the brigade.
Ideally the right Chef de Partie candidates will need to be driven, be a team-player, possessing good decision making, sound basic culinary qualities; as well as being flexible and highly reliable. Ideally you must possess a great "can-do" attitude, and able to work unsupervised at times as required.
You will be working a 40 Hours a week, working 5/7, and any hours exceeded over the initial 40 hrs, will be be paid at an Over-time rate.
