Connect Appointments Hospitality are working with our fabulous 5 star Hotelier client to find a passionate, focused, and talented Chef de Partie for this quality Rosette level venue, in a beautiful countryside riverside setting.
The role will see the right candidate work in a growing quality driven team, and develop with the with the Executive Head Chef in delivery of memorable, fresh, innovative fresh dining experiences to its customers.
The menu utilises the very best Scotland has to offer, and will support a candidate looking to really build on their knowledge, technical skills, and repretorie within the industry to slowly advance in time, to 3 Rosette level standards.
Requirements and skills:
The Chef De Partie candidate must have at least two years at CDP level in a similar high end Hotel, or quality Restaurant working at 2 Rosette food quality levels, or independant eaterie of the same calibre.
Ideally the right Chef de Partie candidate will need to be flexible, be a team-player, possessing good kitchen decision making capabilities, have a positive attitude, and have good all round sound technical culinary qualities for all sections.
You will be working a set shift pattern on a 5/7 basis, due to the design of the brigade and business requirements.
