Connect Appointments have an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Co-ordinator on a Part-Time basis to join our client's site in Newbridge.
Our client is a multi-national leader within its industry. They work with some of the most recognisable brands within its field. They have thousands of employees and locations across the world.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and assisting with key administrative tasks and ad hoc project work. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the calculation process of the enhanced holiday pay.
- Assist with the administrative onboarding of new employees.
- Updating sickness absence data, tracking Bradford scores and initiating appropriate
Action
- Managing staff allowance data, and operating the shop as holiday cover.
- Manage supplier shipments as holiday cover.
- Supporting organisation and execution engagement and social events.
- Update personnel files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Offering day to day support to managers and supervisors on all company processes and
Policies
- Supporting disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Ad hoc project work, supporting HR Manager and Senior HR Manager (EU Ops)
Required experience and education
Education: College / University qualification in HR or Business Studies
Experience: 1 year of HR experience

What to expect:
