The role:
Connect Appointments 5 star Hotel client is looking for a fantastic, driven, Front of House Manager. This is one of the most attractive Front of House roles on the market right now, and our award winning client is looking for an exceptional people focused person.
In this exciting Front of House Manager role you will work in tandem with the clients Operations Manager in managing, and overseeing Reception, Reservations, and the concierge departments. This is giving the right individual huge daily work variety, scope for training and developing people, whilst focusing on developing and fostering memorable luxury quality guest journey experiences.
Requirements:
This role would fit someone with first class customer front office service skills, with preferably detailed knowledge of Hotel PMS systems (& preferably OPERA Configuration). Have proven ability to motivate, develop front of house services, whilst leading teams and managers across the property to excel in providing a 5 star experience on property, for its clentele.
The ideal Front of House Manager candidate should possess an outgoing, positive, strong independent chararcter, whilst being an innovative thinker. The right person must have past 4/5 Star experience at Front Office Manager level for at least 2/3 years. Being multi-lingual maybe a benefit, but not essential. You should be numerative, commercially aware, and also highly trustworthy, as this is an important role in this property within the management team.
