Connect Appointments are working with this stunning Award Winning Edinburgh Hotel, who are looking for a driven and talented Food and Beverage Operations Manager/ or existing Director professional to join their innovative luxury focused Hotel leadership team.
The primary focus is the development of all the F&B services, including C&E, throughout the Hotel. You will oversee through your HOD's and their teams; one large Restaurant, bespoke Cafe, two Bars, and Room-dining service in concert with the General Management of this globally reknowned quality brand.
The F&B Director opportunity is a pivotal one to the brand. The ideal candidate will be a key leader in the daily food and drink services operations, with direct reports and a large enthusiastic and growing teams under the remit of the roles responsibilities.
Key areas that ideally you should have a track record of are; multi site operations, in-room dining, conference and banqueting, bar and volume fine dining restaurant exposure, financial acumen and planning, budgeting, management of capex and hard/soft resources, training and development of others, and compliance to all legal and required local and legislative requirements.
As Director of F&B you will need to be a highly organised, a definite "people" person, with clear communication and interpersonal skill sets. Ideally coming from a similar branded luxury, or large multi faceted Hotel of 4/5 calibre with 3 to 5 years in like for like role.
Connectivity with customers, and staff is also very high on our Clients requirements, so a personality and out-going nature is a must.
